This is perfect for my needs. Received it quickly and just in time to review the item on my oven. I like the auto function. It's basically just plug and play. Connect the cables and turn it on. I checked the continuity of electricity through the article. The multimeter worked perfectly. I tried a few more things like checking for power from the outlet and it gave me a valid reading. It also has a function button on the side that allows you to scroll through the different settings to manually navigate to the test. You can also go to the NCV setting, which is an indicator of the absence of touch voltage. Set to NCV and then place the end of the multimeter on the lead to check for voltage. I don't have much experience with multimeters. That's why this smart meter made sense to me. The last multimeter I used was a cheap cargo port. But I like this smart meter from MaxRieny better. I like the modern, stylish look and the colorful cues. The glass screen, size and feel make it feel like you're holding a cell phone in your hands. Comes with a hard case for storage. And it already has a soft shell on the multimeter. This is good as I see you can damage the screen if you are not careful. I've dropped phones before and that's not good news for the screen and case. For my purposes, this multimeter makes me look a lot smarter using it. From the point of view of a normal DIYer I would recommend this multimeter.
