Poor customer service from Jarlink
This is the third sharpener I have ordered as the previous two failed. My elderly mother uses it every day as she loves to paint and needs her crayons to be sharp. This sharpener works better than any other I've tried; However, they don't seem to last very long. The last one I bought was in October 2019 and it failed. I just got this new one and so far it's working fine. My only complaint is that I emailed the company's support team about a faulty device and still haven't received a response. These units are covered by a one-year warranty, but they don't respond to my email asking for a refund or replacement model. That's not very good customer support. I am not rating the device 5 stars due to poor customer service.
- Sturdy and Quiet The electric sharpener has a durable body that resists damage. The non-slip pad on the bottom helps reduce noise during use. The pencil sharpener has an overheat protection function. If it suddenly stops working for a long time, please let it cool down for 6-10 minutes before using it.
