Review on SwiftERM by Wayne Drakh

The ability o know which product would fit best with our customers, was very useful in deciding when we should re-order or not! We also loved how easy this tool made placing orders (it's so much easier than email/phone order), as well there were no complications during implementation - everything went smoothy sailing from start till finish!! I dislike nothing about swifterm but wish more options could have been added such like being able too send emails directly through swifterm instead using an external mail server etc.
