Description of SwiftERM

SwiftERM is predictive personalisation software for ecommerce. It identifies products that are most likely to be purchased for each individual on your database. Analysing buying habits and impressions it calculates what they are most likely to buy next. Then it provokes the purchase by sending the individual details of those products automatically. This is an additional revenue stream to add to any professional marketing campaign. It uses a predictive analytics algorithm, developed exclusively for ecommerce retailers. It is fully automatic – that’s zero human involvement. Everything is personal for each individual consumer and never involves segmenting. It delivers the highest level of returns available.

Very convenient and user friendly platform for eCommerce

The ability o know which product would fit best with our customers, was very useful in deciding when we should re-order or not! We also loved how easy this tool made placing orders (it's so much easier than email/phone order), as well there were no complications during implementation - everything went smoothy sailing from start till finish!! I dislike nothing about swifterm but wish more options could have been added such like being able too send emails directly through swifterm instead using…

Easy to use and effective CRM software for managing client database

The best thing about this tool was its ability, which helped us in improving our customer retention rate as well increasing sales revenue simultaneously! Also we have benefited from their support team's assistance whenever required during implementation or any other time too when needed!! Nothing much yet but I can say one important feature would definitely help me if integrated with my website CMS system rather than being standalone like currently implemented at present. Excellent software for ecommerce retailers

The customer support team at SwiftERM was brilliant, even though we had to re-train them! There were no delays at all over our implementation process - very quick to get up and running from start to finish. We can't find anything to dislike. Highly recommended.
