I didn't buy this as a work organization but it is what it is. Because the magnet is so strong, I can hang any screwdriver, nut, bolt, or screw I need. The hammer goes in easily. Box cutters need almost no contact to hold on to. (No, it doesn't fit a drill, but it was *tight*) I used the toolbox to organize my work, forgot what was in it, walked to the other end of the house, then returned to the bench in the basement because I needed something have forgotten. Now, at the beginning of the work, I build all the necessary tools, see what I have and what I still need. Of course, I still use the tool box to carry my tools to work, but I don't leave things behind because I thought I already had them. If you forgot your tool in the middle of work, this is what you need.
