I very rarely write reviews but felt it important because this compares the cost of this item to what you are getting. These items are for our beloved pets and they deserve only the best. This box is not the best. It arrived and I assembled it - no problem. I don't need the other one yet, so I put it aside. When I went to pick it up last weekend, the necessary equipment wasn't in the box! The wheels don't stay in the box where they should be. The clasps are thin. The metal frame is stiffer than others, which is good - but the wheels fall out - the latches can be opened by a stubborn dog of any size. upset. I have not returned mine as the one I use has the other set up but not in use - it was meant to be stationary on the boards which is not what I planned for them to do. I'm taking care of my grandma and I needed something ASAP to help my furry little ones while I'm working the night shift. I don't have time to send them both back. (I ordered two in one order). I will contact the company and see if they will work with me. I'll try to add a photo later.
