Tesla Model 3 Auto Trunk Lift Supports Rear Trunk Racks with Stainless Steel Spring and Washing (PACK OF TWO) V2.0 [Updated]** Issue - usually after grocery shopping, after the gym or shopping, my hands full with bags and stuff, and I'm having a hard time getting to Tesla's trunk. I hate leaving my bags on the floor (OCD) ** Looking for a solution: I watched a few YouTube videos about truck jacks and finally decided to order one from Revain. ** Order Revain - after a bit of research I settled on Basenor Trunk Lift (economical, good 5 star rating and I bought other products from this supplier/manufacturer for my Tesla and they all worked great. ** Shipping and Delivery - Revain took a few days from ordering to shipping.Item came in flimsy yellow packaging in a large box.Slightly more confused.I used the QR code and watched some youtube videos on how to install. After watching the youtube video I was given two flathead screwdrivers .one big small one.It can be work for two people,it will be helpful if another person hold the trunk after both storage shelves are removed. However I used my big head and after the storage shelves a heavy rack put on my head oyki were removed it was a little difficult to balance the trunk, remove the oem and new ones Install trunk rack. However, I did everything in 10 minutes. ** Easy to install - 10 minutes if you know and understand what you are doing and it helps to have a second person hold the trunk. TIPS: **Use the smaller pan head screw to pull the annular round piece and use the larger screw to push from behind. Once you see the metal ball underneath, pull out the stock brace by hand.** To remove the stock brace, first remove the upper one, then the lower one comes off easily.** To install new upper tubes, install the lower one. first the one and then the top one (almost in reverse order from factory)** Completely remove both storage racks and then completely install both new racks.** Before opening the trunk in the garage, make sure there is enough clearance for it to hit the garage door. ** Don't stand near it or it will open right in front of your face. ** Use the box that your new racks came in with instructions so you can keep your original racks in that box. If you later change your mind and want to go back to the OEM trunk racks, we have handy instructions. Also, I would suggest keeping the OEM devices somewhere in the car so they don't get lost in case you need them in the future. Conclusion: The product is easy to install and works as advertised. Closing the trunk with the new lifters will be a little more difficult. He needs extra effort but not too much. Maybe 10% more power than OEM. I give it a solid 5 stars!
