Bought this to save some work on my skid steer loader. I support this religiously, but I missed 2 greasers on 2 pivots. It was a learning curve. My first attempt was smaller than I expected. I can't get any oil in the pen... I was a little disappointed. I thought about it before the second try. My first try, I just tried to pump oil. I used to clean the lube channel and try to just pour the lube in. When I tried it the oil didn't move. My second attempt was a little more thoughtful. I removed all the new (and old) grease and cleared the way with brake cleaner and a drill. I pocketed the tool and after 2 fills with Kroil, oil came out around the pin. Then used a grease gun and it worked great! I would recommend this tool, it really works as long as you clean the oil gallery!
