Not worth the price
Bought in March 2019 and used every day since. In the last two or three months it started to overheat and during the day the steam pipe started up randomly. Couldn't shoot this morning. Nothing comes out. I've submitted a service request, but I'm concerned if I'll get a response and fix the issues. From what I've read here and elsewhere, the customer service isn't very good. If you read the reviews you can see that problems are quite common, as is poor customer service. The Oracle makes great coffee to the max.
