The coating will separate from the bread.
Bought because they were cheap. They're also cheap since they're hard to clean, not particularly non-stick, and the coating (which acts like paint, not baking varnish) matches my loaves of bread. (see photo after 4 or 5 uses) I throw them away and buy better quality pans.
