Trash - Don't Buy

The nonstick coating comes off with everything I bake in it. Ever since I first used them. They usually break down into aluminum after 3 uses. Absolute rubbish. I would return them if I hadn't missed the return window.

The coating will separate from the bread.

Bought because they were cheap. They're also cheap since they're hard to clean, not particularly non-stick, and the coating (which acts like paint, not baking varnish) matches my loaves of bread. (see photo after 4 or 5 uses) I throw them away and buy better quality pans.

Great for pumpkin bread.

I bought this to use during the holiday season. I love making pumpkin bread and it's the perfect size for dessert breads. They are actually non-stick and the darker metal disperses heat quite well. Sometimes smaller pans feel less stable and need a baking sheet underneath for stability. Not so with these. They are very durable and work well on their own.
