Kris Koppy I've had one since it came out. Actually I had two. The first one stopped working and the new ones were sent out with a "discount". The second worked for a couple of weeks and then quit for a couple of months. Then suddenly it worked again for several months, and then at the end of August 2021 ... nothing. It's a piece of shit...garbage. I have sent at least a dozen emails but NOT ONE reply. Terrible device and horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. Worse than terrible. RUN….
