I bought the monitor to mount on my Canon M50 setup. Unfortunately, this camera has a micro-HDMI port on the right side of the camera, along with all the buttons and dials. So my hands will be in the way of the direct micro HDMI cable. My monitor is on top of my setup. Now for some reason Canon decided not only to put the port on the most uncomfortable side of the camera, but also to reverse the port. So a typical right angle micro HDMI cable would point downwards and would need to bend backwards which again got into my hands and probably due to the constant tension, exercised on it would eventually fail.
