I love this bike rack, I really do. It swings out of the way of the full width rear door on my Dodge Van so I can open it without removing the bicycles and rack from my hitch. Why not 5 stars? Propitiatory lock with only ONE KEY! You need at least 2 and I need 4. I emailed customer service and asked them to send me 3 more. They sent a PayPal invoice for $34.00! Three keys and shipping - you decide if you just want to deal with a company that does this. Oh, all of these racks use the same key - gives you a warm fuzzy feeling doesn't it?
