This is a very good lube that is best used sparingly as it helps a little. I use it on pretty much everything from firearms to door hinges. I like that it doesn't get dirty and looks very clean. I know there are heavier specialty lubes out there, but this is a good all-purpose lube for almost everyday use. Considering the price, it's a good idea to have some of these items on hand just in case.
