I like that this allows us to record sessions from client devices in real time, which helps with training purposes for our customers (we are an IT helpdesk service provider).
It can be difficult at times figuring out how far back you want your recordings when using multiple clients/devices - so it's important not only to have enough storage space but also know exactly what kind of quality we're looking for as well! We've been able use these videos during call centre consultations where there was no audio or poor sound quality available previously.
