Review on Bell Spark MIPS Cycling Helmet by Adam Browning

This helmet fits perfectly and has enough adjustment options for smaller and larger heads. The helmet is equipped with the MIPS system, which provides additional protection in the event of an accident. This makes the helmet a little heavier, but this is not noticeable when you put the helmet on. I highly recommend this helmet. Update, I was in a serious bike accident today September 7th that resulted in my left front of my head hitting the pavement very hard at 20 mph. Luckily I got away with just a few scratches and a cracked helmet. This helmet saved me from a concussion and a broken neck. I also recently had major surgery on my neck and back which were not affected at all thanks to the MIPS system which eliminated all whiplash injuries from impact. I have such confidence in this helmet that I just bought a new one as this helmet saves lives. Highly recommended. Thank you Bell for protecting me!
