I like how easy it was for us newbies at our organization (not familiar with social media)to figure out what we were doing wrong in terms of posting content!It also helps you see if any posts are getting more engagement than others so far this month or week etc..

It's great having all your analytics available from one place rather then searching through multiple platforms which can be time consuming when trying something different/new!! Nothing really dislike about bound just yet but i'm sure there will come along day haha :) We've been able usebound since January 2018 & have had absolutely no issues thusfar.
