It's very easy to use, I like how it allows you to add additional members from different churches without having to transfer information between them. Also love how they can help with other issues as well such as financials for the church. You can also integrate this program with others (like Google Calendar). Make sure that when using this program there will be someone who knows what they're doing in order to make changes and updates. There should always be an admin or manager of some sort available if needed. This has helped us keep track of all our volunteers so we can see their availability during certain times of year, and where we have events coming up.
