I've made a number of timing belts before and as usual replaced all available rotating seals. On a 2006 Toyota Sequoia, the cams must be removed completely to gain access to the cam seal. Since mine wasn't leaking it was a lot more work that didn't need to be done as the ones in the car obviously weren't leaking. Good luck if you really need them.
