The battery is not powerful enough to rotate.

. It doesn't have enough power to use it on the bathtub wall with little to no pressure. I even plugged it into the cord knowing it was fully charged. It didn't add any extra power. In fact, the Element would then turn off completely for a few seconds, then turn back on, then turn off again. I come back.
