I followed the instructions and everything worked perfectly on my windshield. I recommend having a spray bottle of water handy to cool the glass and keep the polishing pad wet. All light scratches removed and even made a little deeper, barely noticeable. A bunch of light scratches measuring 6" by 1/2" took about 15-20 minutes to get rid of the cordless drill. In a nutshell. Only in the case of light scratches, clean the pane thoroughly beforehand, read the instructions, use a spray bottle with water, take your time, do not let the glass heat up.
