Review on SOLAR ESA30 Memory Saver Connector by Corey Nyuon

After reading other product reviews reporting 12V on the wrong pin I decided on this one based on the reviews. I tested it before using it and 12 VDC is on the right pin. I'm sure I'll never plug it into another car's cigarette lighter, but I bought a separate cigarette lighter power cord anyway and hooked up a 9 volt battery to power it. A fully charged 9V (9.8V) battery provides 30 minutes of vehicle storage operation. I've used it twice, no problem - I don't have spare 12v batteries The picture shows my setup: remember there are four separate products here including the connector for the 9v battery. Of course you can do it with just a solar cable and a 9V battery adapter, but I'm an idiot and say "what if". and add unnecessary flexibility. Which I will never use :)
