Review on 🪨 Howard Butcher Block Conditioner, BBC0, 12 Fl Oz by Tabu Little

Great for wood and my skin

(Courtesy of Mrs.) A few years ago I started buying Howard's Butcher Block Conditioner for our meat block countertops and it works great on counter tops as well as custom wood cutting and cheese boards. It's expensive, so I alternated it with plain edible mineral oil. But the ingredients are food-grade vitamin E-stabilized mineral oil, beeswax, and carnauba wax, which are also good for the skin. I had rough spots on my knees and elbows and two dermatologists told me it could be psoriasis, but it doesn't have to be. I read that beeswax and olive oil are great for treating psoriasis at home so to avoid problems I mixed some Howard's with some olive oil and applied it to my knees and elbows and voila! - no more rough spots. This combination makes my skin look like a baby. Just keep in mind that bees have been struggling in recent years due to a variety of factors including pesticides and diseases, so bee products should be used responsibly and the carnauba plant is native to the Brazilian rainforest which is under severe attack from companies and governments (and rainforests provide valuable medicines that are lost forever when rainforests are destroyed). So if Howard's air conditioning were replaced with something more sustainable, that would be great.
