Review on Slime 2078 Chrome Valve Stems by Mike Pettigrew

The chrome bushing would not come loose from the valve and for a minute I thought it was poorly constructed as the chrome bushing will not fit on the valve as it will not fit through the .453 bore. I checked the other 3 valves and the chrome bushing came off easily on all 3. I used a sharp knife to cut the valve off at the top of the bushing so I could remove the bushing and that held it in place. It wasn't a bad design, it was a manufacturing defect.
