In case you don't know, lotus seeds need to be cut to germinate. These things are like diamonds, they are cut/opened very little. I've tried a battery-powered Dremel, a callus remover, a sharp knife, sanding boards, and a dog toenail trimmer. None of them worked. The Dremel didn't even have enough power to open them after it was fully charged. This little machine has done its job. I was amazed at how much power was in it and how sharp the blades were. I found all the different tools, screwdrivers and such just wonderful. No complaints at all.
