Updated 4th December 2013: I've decided these are useless products and am in the process of posting Find alternatives Use them instead of just throwing them in the trash, which is my first instinct. After a few months, the lack of adhesion between the mat and the mat above was just the first problem. Now they glide easily over the parquet floor. I suspect that what was supposed to keep them from sliding is worn out or there is some other problem. I would NOT buy them again and would strongly recommend others to look for a better product. Original Review: This was the second of three pads I've purchased from this manufacturer in a short period of time. They're well made and come with good instructions, not that it's hard to put the notebook down. However, the three rugs we put on the cushions slip on the padding. Although the pads adhere very well to the parquet floor, the adhesion between the carpet and the pad needs to be improved before I would buy it again or recommend it. Note: If you plan to buy and place next to the door, think about the thickness of the seal. We bought one for a rug near the front door and the door doesn't clean it.
