USB-C connection wasn't working but memory card was working

I liked how the memory card was working from my camera, but none of my USB-C ports were working or fitting properly in the hub. The fit didn't seem to match USB C. Failed to charge or detect connection on my iPad Pro. Basically, this is an overly glorified USB-C memory card reader. 3 stars because it didn't test sound and HDMI. slightly disappointed.
