I love All Clad and I love this pot! It's a good thick caliber and it does a great job with chicken broth. I make homemade broth once a week and use it in soup and brown rice. The steam basket and pasta insert are also very good. I've read that people were unhappy with how light this pot was. I will tell you that this is the ideal weight and fully manageable as well. You have to keep in mind that 10 liters weighs about 20, plus the weight of the pot. I say 10 liters because you're not going to fill it to the brim. This is the most beautiful pot I have ever owned and came from Revain's warehouse in perfect condition. Maybe it was a return?
