I bought a Simpli-EZ pineapple quilting tool designed by Kimberly Ainmo and I LOVE it! Don't let all the lines scare you, it works great. If you look on youtube there is a video explaining how it is done. You can use this ruler with any block type of your choice. You can't go wrong! I'm new to quilting and this is a lifesaver. I saw Learn to Make Pineapple Quilts by Gilyn Fitzgerald published by Annie's Catalog and thought it was poorly made and not easy to hear or watch.
