I love how easy it is for me to view my patient’s charts without even logging into their account! It also makes scheduling appointments easier because you can click "Appointment Reminder Sent Successfully" instead of entering all your information again next time around (just like when using an online service). There are some features we don't use yet but there seems no reason not too since our office has been able to make great progress so far with what was already available at launch. If anyone wants something more streamlined than other software out there this could be just right fit for them. The biggest benefit would have been if someone had come up with another way to enter payments directly from patients' accounts - especially those who pay monthly or yearly rather then paying upfront every visit. We've solved many problems related to managing billing & accounting within the clinic through APPRDENTAL including tracking revenue/exp.
