I like that they do not charge for their service! They have helped us so much with our lead generation efforts to give out free reports in exchange for leads.

There really isn't anything i dislike about this product as it has been great thus far but we are still learning how best utilize all of its features. If you're looking for something inexpensive yet effective than look into similar tech services or products from other companies such as Hubspot etc., there's no reason why your competitors shouldn't be using these types of tools too!!
