It arrived with visable damage to the box that looked extensive. However after opening the boxes there was just a few pieces slightly bent due to the way it was packed. These were easily straightened. The directions were easy to follow. A friend and I were able to assemble it in 2 hours. It's been up now for 8 weeks. We have had several afternoon thunderstorms with substantial winds. It has performed great the double roof allows the air to escape to prevent lifting in the strong winds. This poly carbonate roof is much better than the canvas covered roof system and much cooler that the metal roofs. I would recommend this product highly in the south.
