Review on Moonshot by Kevin Mitchell

The UI is beautiful! I love how easy it was for us as business users who had no technical background or training in ETL/Data Warehouse development (we are software developers)to set up our Data Mart from scratch using their fantastic GUI tooling - its like having an SQL guru by my side when working out what tools we should use etc!! Very friendly support team too but not sure if this comes at higher cost? We've been able solve many challenges relating directly back into sales KPIs which has helped improve overall performance throughout organization so far though can't say about long term benefits yet :) I like the ability to connect with our customers and the ability to pull in data from different sources and create a single view of the customer. I dislike that you cannot create a custom view. I would like to be able to create a custom view of my customers and not have to click through the entire dashboard to get there. I would also like to be able to filter the data that I pull in from our CRM. I am able to pull in data from our CRM and other sources and create a single view of the customer.
