The ease at which I can create dashboards quickly without having any coding knowledge has been amazing! Creating my own customizations is easy too so that it fits in perfectly amongst our other tools we use for reporting purposes (such as Tableau or PowerBI). We are able to pull data from numerous sources into one view easily allowing us to see trends across multiple departments more effectively than ever before. I like that it's easy for our team members who are not data scientists or analysts from other departments (such as sales) can use this platform without being overwhelmed by technical details they may otherwise lack in their skill set/experience level - which is very helpful when trying new things! Its great to have one place where we can manage our accounts in one dashboard. The best part is that it's integrated with Salesforce which makes managing everything very easy for us as well as other departments within our organization. I like that they support Google Analytics as well for other analytics tracking needs (eg., Mixpanel). It's great having everything in one place! The ability to have multiple dashboards is helpful too since it gives me access from my phone when away at events or meetings - so no more searching through apps looking for reports only available via desktop/laptop computer usage!! I like how easy it is for anyone who has basic computer skills can use this software without any training or learning curve required!
