Review on Moonshot by Joseph Pudic

Its great to have one place where we can manage our accounts in one dashboard. The best part is that it's integrated with Salesforce which makes managing everything very easy for us as well as other departments within our organization. I personally dislike there are certain features they should include but most importantly I do not like how they don't offer enough training about their product or updates when new releases comes out. They definitely improved from last time I used them, however there still missing some major features such as integration with Hubspot (for lead tracking) but overall its good so far. We use this tool mainly for Account Management & Reporting purposes. It helps track leads, opportunities and campaigns data. It's quite easy to use and has a lot of useful features that help us understand our data in real time. I think it could be more intuitive for new users but it is a great tool. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to understand their business data better. We have been able to improve our data analysis process. We are now able to see how each channel performs compared to others.
