Disgusting, dissatisfied with the purchase.

At the end of January 2022, I purchased a Galaxy Note 20 ultra from a Samsung brand store. A little more than a year passed and broken pixels came out on the left of the display, the phone was never dropped, handled it very carefully. The phone is in a branded case-book and with a factory film on the display. Perhaps the cause is overheating, because at the time this defect was detected, the case was unreasonably hot. Samsung naturally throws up its hands and says that the service life is the period in which the brand undertakes to produce spare parts for its products, and what happened to your phone after a year of warranty is your problem. Well, I guess that further the situation with the display will only get worse . The funny thing is that this is far from the first Samsung phone that I bought for both myself and my wife, but the most expensive and the only one that showed such a tin. In general, I do not recommend Samsung to anyone, the final and complete disappointment with the brand
