Review on Samsung Galaxy Note Smartphone 20 Ultra (SM-N985F) 8/256 GB RU, black by Anastasiia Hrytsenko ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not a bad product, quite normal quality.

The Samsung device turned out to be really good and it really has no competitors because of the stylus and the screen. Although Sony's Xperia 1 II turned out to be very successful, and even with a wonderful design. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 8/256GB is a good balanced device and I recommend it for purchase, only the battery life and slightly overpriced cost frustrates.

Pros
  • The release of a smartphone from Samsung, the Note series is an event for me, in my opinion, the phone is unique, but not without flaws. Before writing a review, I thought what had changed compared to the previous phone, but after using it for a week I decided to share my opinion with you, in my opinion the phone has not changed at all compared to its predecessor Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 12/256GB for the modern market, and realized that perception is exactly the same. On, Note 20 Ultra 8/256GB, I switched from Huawei Mate 20 6/128 which I used for a year after selling Note 10+ 12/256GB and I will write a review based on my previous review, but first things first: I wanted to buy the 12/512GB version, but the overpayment of 20,000 for 256 GB seemed unreasonable to me, so I bought 8/256GB for 80,000, and I consider this cost overestimated. 1. Note 20 Ultra has a revolutionary 120Hz screen with HDR10+ support, and even with tempered glass Gorilla Glass 7, after use, other screens can no longer be compared (you can try and see for yourself). 2. A unique stylus (branded S Pen), which is retracted into the phone, which is also being improved from year to year. Therefore, this phone has no competitors, but can only be compared with other phones - it stands apart. If you need a stylus, there are NO alternatives to the Note 20. 3. An excellent camera is one of the best on the market, but in my opinion: (Huawei P40 Pro / + photos are better (I made this conclusion when I went to the Huawei salon with Note 20 Ultra, but shooting video with Note 20 Ultra is not the best didn't see anyone. 4. Note 20 Ultra, unlike many models on the market, can be expanded with a memory card, I immediately bought a branded 512 GB card, and a branded silver case Samsung Protective Standing Cover Note 20 Ultra (EF-RN985CSEGRU) which began to be sold at the same time as the phone None of our competitors does anything like this.
Cons
  • 1. For me, the biggest downside to the Note 20 Ultra is battery life. Taking the phone off at 08 am from charging, a 100% charged smartphone does not live up to 08 pm (Huawei Mate 20 6/128 works without problems until the next morning), I had to start an additional charger at work again and sometimes carry an external Power battery with me Bank, which I haven't done in years. 2. Poor equipment at a high cost if you removed the 3.5 mm headphone jack, you could put a USB Type-C adapter for 3.5 mm headphones EE-UC10JUWRGRU in the box, now you have to buy it in a store for more than 1000. 3. The fingerprint scanner on the screen works intermittently and is annoying - still a very raw technology. 3. Well, of course, the notorious rounded screen, yes, it has become better than in previous models, but still I have random clicks of 10%. 4. To be honest, I did not like the colors of the phone (bronze, black white), and I think they are not successful. I would have bought a gray color with great pleasure, but I had to buy black. The good news is that I still don’t intend to use it without a case and ordered another one additionally from Spigen. 5. It seemed to me that the sensitivity became worse, for example, the connection was cut off in the elevator (although the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ worked fine).
