Recieved the product on time, however the pink cap ripped on first try. Sent an email to seller who immediately responded and sent us a replacement product all within 24hrs. Although we were disappointed that the cap had ripped, such superior customer service and a seller that stands behind their product warrants a five stars review. The caps (except the one that ripper, of course) are really good, stretch well to fit my 8 year olds head and seem to be working great for her.
