Review on Cuisinart WAF 200 4 Slice Belgian Waffle by Jill Bell

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works great, makes great waffles, easy to clean.

On a new diet that's tantamount to lots of waffles for Weight Watchers. This is the third waffle maker I've tried and by far the best and largest. The mix I use is thinner than the regular waffle mix which = is messier. I first tried a cheap multipurpose waffle maker we've had for years that didn't mix well / didn't know when it was done so each half was stuck to each side and ripped open when opened (first pic). Then I bought a cheap crib at a local store for $30. Cooked perfectly, made a huge mess when flipping with a thin mixture and it was impossible to clean up the mess on the outside as it was dripping into the cracks/seams of the metal (these are all easy to clean on the inside where the waffle cooks). IMO). I finally bought this one and it makes perfect waffles with no mess (second picture). Cleans inside and out in seconds. This unit also produces 8-8.5 inch waffles. Others I've tried made a 7 inch waffle.
