I've installed a lot of kitchen faucets.unfortunately. It had been a while and when it looked like I was going to need one, I began looking. The prices had gone up considerably for name branded ones. The reviews on this faucet was pretty good so what do I have to lose? Well, a plain brown box means generic, but inside there was a very decent faucet. The instruction sheet was more than adequate. I only really needed it for the order of washers and I could have winged that. So, it went on nice. A little more volume than my previous faucet. Now we wait. I'm hoping it continues to be an excellent decision. I'm usually wary of people who give all 5 stars, but as of today, it is deserved. A+
