skip it good for sewage treatment plants

This is not an easy-to-use tool, even for a strong and very skilled homemade fixer. Mechanically it works the way I want it to about 60% of the time and that's enough to get the job done, but it's by no means the best tool for the money. I still use and repair mine because I don't want to spend money on another equal product that doesn't work well and I don't want to spend hundreds more on a good product. For a physically strong DIYer and do-it-yourself repair, it's doable, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone - keep looking. The cable doesn't bend well, but it can be bent back (needs pliers and a vise, or really strong silver gorilla hind legs like mine). You'll also strengthen your hand by holding this beast in one hand and using the other to manually push or pull the snake cord - it'll make you sweat. This is good free training. In order for the snake to curl up again, you need to hand-feed it frequently. Rubber gloves? If the cable breaks, simply use a grinder to snip off the excess bent part so you can thread it back through the tiny holes and make sure you put the handle in neutral first. The feed mechanism is unreliable, so often the cable won't go forward or backward when I think it is. This creates a problem as you also can't easily tell when a thing has bent, creating a kink and future breaking point.

Pros
  • Speed controller - the use of different forces on the switch to adjust the speed, the speed can reach 550rpm, you can freely adjust the speed according to your project
Cons
