Review on Blue Ox BX88254 7 Wire Electrical by Adrian Woodside

We have purchased this new 7-4 core electric cable for our Blue Ox towing system which has been in use for 4 years. Due to the coronovirus we couldn't go as fast as we planned. We finally started at the end of May. Only to find that the cable we bought didn't have all the pins in the connector! Two outer AND important middle ones are missing (see picture). We contacted Blue Ox as it is no longer in the main return box. We hope they do the right thing and replace him. Otherwise we have to buy another one and throw away this new one. :(
