Pressure Required to Close

Product does not work as advertised. It is stated to operate at 0-7psi but will not fully close without constant head pressure. This is almost the same as a sprinkler irrigation valve. Customer service refunded my money; However, this came after several email exchanges in which the support rep was terribly rude to me, constantly implying that it was my fault and that the problem wasn't with their product. I really want this solenoid valve to work for low pressure applications.

Pros

This valve is manufactured with a Viton seal. VITON is the most durable and best performing rubber material on the market, able to withstand high temperatures, harsh chemicals and other liquids such as gasoline, diesel, oils and lubricants.
