It's useless, save your money.
I've been wearing this for a little over a week and while it looks gooey it's about as good as a chocolate fire shield. It fails in its sole purpose of preventing the ice from melting. I'll put it on hold and within the next 90 minutes I guarantee 75% will melt. It's not good if I run a pool bar. waste of my money.
