I really wanted something for long rides in the heat. and it seemed to be one of the few options that held a decent amount of water. It's only pain Bite valve exactly as others write. difficult to use. I mean yes you can get water but it's labor intensive. The red rubber band closure can be completely upgraded. It's not something you just put on a bike and photograph. I keep the tank in the freezer so I put it on and take it off every time. As someone with big hands, I tip my hat to you. Lots of tiny gaps for you to guide the group through. Again, yes, once you've got it attached properly you should be fine, but there has to be a better way to attach this thing. The front part to carry a gu other and their rubber bands is not that much. On my last trip I stopped twice when they flew out. From a design standpoint, I just think there must be a million better ways to make every piece of this work work than the way it's being done now. In general, this thing costs $ 100? no But there is nothing else (I could find) that can withstand that much water.
