Review on 🔧 Enhance Engine Performance with Motorcraft CM5054 Fuel Injection Pressure Regulator by Steven Saric

I purchased this IPR valve in June 2020 for my 2004 F-250 after the old one became clogged after an oil cooler change. In July 2020, when I drove 200 miles and tried to pull away, the truck stalled and in July I was stuck on a Texas freeway. I ended up getting roadside assistance that took it to the nearest Ford dealership. They charged $2100 only to inform me that the new IPR valve was defective and could not handle the high pressure required for the system to function properly. To clarify that this is a defective part and not an installation issue. Revain refunded the $160 we paid for the valve, but they won't do anything for the $2100 repair bill because their service terms won't allow it, and Motorcraft won't do anything because I bought the part from Revain , so I was stuck with this huge bill because Motorcraft made the faulty part and Revain sold it and neither of them would take responsibility.
