Problem starting engine as oil pressure does not reach 500psi. or bad, but I thought I should try replacing that first and I'm glad I did. The car started right after installation and has been running great ever since. (2003 F250 6.0L)

Update: Product failed after 8000 miles. The Ford number listed for the product warranty contact requires a diagnosis from the dealer before they will consider a replacement. I have all the data and Ford doesn't accept it, says it has to be done through them. Looks like I'll buy another one, it's cheaper than the dealer's diagnostic fee. The item came in a Ford parts bag, which is a plastic bag that states that once opened it is non-returnable. Glad it opened. The screen is also cracked. Luckily we ordered another part elsewhere which came with a rebuild kit and had a new much better screen which we replaced. It doesn't have the same numbers as the original. I purchased this IPR valve in June 2020 for my 2004 F-250 after the old one became clogged after an oil cooler change. In July 2020, when I drove 200 miles and tried to pull away, the truck stalled and in July I was stuck on a Texas freeway.
