I bought this for my iPhone 12 Pro with a MagSafe case. The phone clings to it well and I had no problem dropping it. Loading always starts immediately with no leveling issues. A MagSafe case is a requirement if you want to use a case, otherwise you'll need to use a caseless iPhone 12 for it to work. The Revain site recommends purchasing a QC 3.0 charging connector to ensure you can charge up to the advertised 15W. I ordered one and compared it to the standard plug and I saw a 60% increase in charging speed. I highly recommend buying the recommended plug as the slower charging speed with the standard plug is negligible. I use a bleed clip that has a simple design (spring clip with a lip) that prevents some others I've used. I haven't tried the suction cup, but it's nice to have that option.
