Review on Cuisinart 62I 11 Conical Anodized Cookware by Miranda Montoya

Before I decided to buy this set from Cuisinart I read a lot about different cookware sets and their characteristics. Right after I received it I gave away my old pots and pans and wish I had them. Cuisinart cookware is very heavy, which I like because it's durable and retains heat. However, large pots/pans are difficult to lift with one hand when you want to drain them. What I also don't like at all is the slightly raised center of the pans. The food isn't even on the inside and tends to peel off the edges. I have no idea why it was designed that way. The instructions say not to use pots with high burner power. The? It doesn't make any sense to me. It is imperative that you turn the burner to maximum from time to time. I ended up wishing I didn't have this set and opted for Calfalon instead.
